*1. Certificate of no criminal record issued by the relevant local authority.
*2. Physical Examination Form(only valid for 6 months)
Please take it to hospital to have a checkup with all items, including personal information, photo, checking date, doctors' suggestion and signature.
3. Other materials
Other materials that can prove the applicants’ learning ability and comprehensive abilities, such as award certificates in sports or the arts, specialty certificates, published papers, undergraduate admission notices issued by other universities, etc.
*4. Certificate of HSK
Level 4(210 points) or above. Applicants who don’t meet the language requirements must apply for one year of Chinese language studies before entering their major studies. (No language certificate is required for Malaysian independent high school graduates.)
*5. Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included(Photocopy of valid passport identification page. Passport must be an ordinary passport and be valid for at least six months. Applicants currently residing in China must include a copy of the page containing a valid visa or residence permit.)

A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
*7. Two letters of recommendation
Written in English from two respectable professors. including professors' contact no, email address and handwritten signature.
*8. Undergraduate school transcript
Academic Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. Both original and official English translated version are required.
*9. Bachelor's degree diploma
Graduation Certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. Both original and official English translated version are required.
*10. Personal Statement
Including a study or research plan, financial situation, reasons for scholarship application, honors and awards, personal strengths, etc. (no less than 800 words).
11. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct
Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.
