If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. Non-criminal Record Affirmation

*2. One letter of recommendation from your high school teachers.

The letter should be written in Chinese or English; the phone number and email address of the person issuing the recommendation should be included.

*3. Proof of financial capability

*4. A personal statement, written in either Chinese or English

*5. A Record of Physical Examination for Foreigners, which can be completed in either Chinese or English.

Testing requirements must be strictly adhered to, as outlined in the provided form. The results must be issued after November 2024 to be considered valid.

6. Other materials

Other materials that can prove the applicants’ learning ability and comprehensive abilities, such as award certificates in sports or the arts, specialty certificates, published papers, undergraduate admission notices issued by other universities, etc.

*7. Passport photo

A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant

*8. Official senior high school transcripts or transcripts reflecting current academic achievements.

Notarized translations must be provided for transcripts not in Chinese or English.

*9. The highest degree certificate (notarized photocopy).

Documents not in Chinese or English must include notarized translations in one of those languages. Students who are expected to graduate must provide an official letter indicating their anticipated graduation date and submit the diploma upon admission.

*10. Certificate of HSK

An HSK level 4 certificate with a score of no less than 180.

*11. Passport information page (valid until at least Sep. 1st , 2027).

For applicants currently residing in Chinese Mainland, a valid visa or resident permit page is required.

*12. CSCA Test Transcript(s)

-You need to take the official CSCA test organized by the Chinese government and submit the corresponding subject result transcript(s) when applying. Learn more about the CSCA test >>
-The test covers Chinese (Humanities and STEM Chinese), Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Mathematics is required for all programs, while other subjects depend on the university’s specific requirements.

If no attachment is available yet, it usually means the university has not announced further details.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
